Manoj Nair, Founder & CEO, MANCOM ConsulTech Pvt. Ltd. An established name in the field of MSME, previously served for 18 yrs in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd as Vice President before launching his own venture.

Manoj’s extensive experience and diverse roles in managing various sales functions in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance highlight his versatility and commitment to organisational growth. The range of verticals he has excelled in, including Channel Development, Agency, Distribution Partner, Training, Corporate Agency, Broker, Proprietary Sales Force, Direct Marketing, Sales to Service, and Operations, suggests a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of different aspects of the business. His ability to make a mark in these diverse areas implies strategic thinking, adaptability, and effective leadership.

During his close interaction with them , he came to know about the challenges they are facing. He decided to do something for them. He found the purpose finally and decided to start his venture MANCOM ConsulTECH to serve them to transform their business. Meanwhile second wave of the pandemic hit and further two and half months of lockdown was announced. He did thorough research and interviewed extensively 400 SME owners to prepare a road map to transform their business.

Manoj is committed towards serving the nation by transforming SME business, that’s how MANCOM ConsulTECH came into existence.

Nitin has a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years in various industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial services, and Software technologies. He has worked with both Indian and multinational companies such as Coal India, Kirloskar, Redington , Oracle, Salesforce and Zendesk.

His expertise lies in Business transformation, designing management strategies for sustainable growth, and leveraging technologies as a true business enabler. Nitin strongly believes in the value of customer success and has always followed a detailed solution consultative approach to understand the customer’s challenges, pain points, and then formulate an overall solution to address these concerns. His approach is centered around the idea that one can only provide a solution when they understand the problem at hand.
